We purchased this software system to run our tournaments. Is there an instruction book or any type of help support and/or any type of resources to help with the operation of this system. Any answers/help would be greatly appreciated. _________________ April Drennan |

Check out the "Quick Start Guide" in the online help (in the tool). It doesn't tell you everything you'll ever need to know, but it's a good start.

Thanx for the reply. Yes we did find that section. We were kind of looking for something that gives more in depth info. on all the features and how to do everything in more explanatory fashion. Is this something we are going to have to go in and just figure out ourselves? We have sent several E-MAILS to the support site but have yet to recieve a response. _________________ April Drennan |

As a user, I agree that it's rather in-depth software and can be rather overwhelming. However, it's also rather logically set up and lets you automate a lot of things. I recommend you turn on as much automation as possible and then just go through all the menus and examine what everything does. Then as you're familiar with things, open up more of the customization and learn a little as a time.
Apparently a v3 is coming with a better interface, but that could still be a while away. _________________ Wherever you go, there you are. |

April, just for the record...
I have one email from you (not including your initial signup), sent Friday. I responded on Saturday. _________________ --
