Hello,
It is possible to do it but it's not easy. There is no built in way to easily integrate that kind of capability so it would take quite a bit of custom programming. One of the major issues you'll have to work out is how you're going to store the images/audio. It's generally not a good idea to store that kind of data in a database so you'll have to set up a separate server somewhere that can receive that kind of complex data and store it in some kind of file structure rather than in a database. There are some companies out there that provide that kind of service. Then what you'd want to do is store some kind of identifier in your Sawtooth survey database so that you know what images/audio go with which respondent.
The other big gotcha with this kind of question is that generally if you're asking for that kind of data, your study is going to be fielded on a mobile device. Because of the nature of the mobile world, you'll need to have something programmed in to handle situations like when the respondent doesn't have a strong enough internet connection to complete the upload, for example. They may have a good enough connection to download HTML pages and run the survey but still not a good enough connection to upload a media file because of how big they are in comparison to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files.
