Maybe I'm a dufus.... wait, I am a Dufus.
Anyway, for some reason I can't get my "Break Nearing End" sound to play. It's set to the included "Cavalry Call" so I know the sound works. What I want to know: when is the sound is supposed to play? Is it 1 minute before the break ends, 5 minutes, 25% of the break time? I'd like to figure this out as I don't believe it's a bug, but I can't diagnose the problem if I don't know when I should expect it to play.
Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? _________________ <thwack> NOooooooBODY expects to lose to Rewind!

Hmm...
I just ran through a 1 level play period which went into a 3 minute break. I have sounds set up for timer stop, timer start, break start, and break nearing end.
First time I ran through I started at the break and I had two sounds play at once (Break and Timer Start). I went back a level so the timer would automatically go into the break period. Break hits and the sound plays. Next thing I hear is the buzzer for the end of the break after 3 minutes. The Cavalry Call for break nearing end never played.
If there are any other suggestions to test this, please let me know and I will gladly run through scenarios.
I don't think this is a bug as I have not heard others have problems with it. If this is a bug, please feel free to turn this thread into an email and make it disappear. _________________ <thwack> NOooooooBODY expects to lose to Rewind!

It's 5 minutes on the latest version. |
