When I have the Nokia PC suite installed, I then go to TM folder what I unzipped from you and it says nokia application installer where there is normally a executable Jar file, it then tries to load a file to my phone but canīt coz of not enough memory on phone, then after I delete Nokia it goes back to saying Executable Jar file and I can load TM the size of the file stays the same 4,071kb

if your in windows vista try this:

start -> control panel -> classic view on the left -> default programs

click on associatie a filetype or protocol with a specific proram

find the .jar file extention type in the list. and click on it.
then click change program
then click browse on bottom of the programs list.
browse to C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_05\bin (if u have default newest java installed) and click on java.exe
then hit ok. ur widnwo should look like this now.

then hit close and then double click on the .jar file it should now load itself.

if its windows xp/2000 go to control panel and then folder options. there is a tab called file types then follow the top directions.
