I have two questions.
1. Is there a cheap, preferably free, way to convert MP3 files into WAV files?
2. Is there a cheap, preferably free, way to cut audio clips? For instance, I have a sound clip that is 30 seconds long, but I only want to hear the part from 0:11 to 0:19. |

For #2, the windows sound recorder can load a wav file and let you chop off/mix. It's how I made the HORSE sounds. _________________ --
