Mr. 5thstreet's newest league in Lakeville is right a round the corner from my house, so I just had to stop in.

Everything look well ran and organized. They do a nice job. I like the tables.

Now to the bad part: The Bad Beat I took.

In the BB I get J9o, get M1 and M2 to call, I limp in.
FLOP: KcJh8d, I check M1 checks, M2 who has played very passive raises 1BB, I raise to 3 BB, both call.
TURN: Jc I go allin for remaining 6BB. Now based on their recent play (and not counting their pots odds) It should chased them out instead they both called. M1 had me covered by a slim margin, M2 was the shortstack.
M1:Ac10c He's sitting on a flushdraw + a gutshot with a Q
M2: 109o He's got the open ended with a 7 or a Q

So if I figure this quickly M2 has 8 outs (4-7s and 4-Qs) say 17%
M1 is sitting better with 9 clubs + 3 Qs. So roughly 25% or 4to1. Figure if you looked at the pot odds at the time of his call. He had to call 6BB with 21 BB in the Pot. So about 3.5to1. So little under, but he stills makes the call. M2 being shortstacked didn't have a choice and had to play his draw in hopes of 3X up.

The Miricle RIVER: Qd !!! Makes both of their Straights! M1 hits the Gutshot for Ace High and knocks out two....

Anyhow overall a good time....thought I'd share and vent.

That's alot for the first post.

Aren't bad-beats fun?

Max
If it wasn't for luck, I'd win every game.

That's a borderline bad beat...

You were 69% to win after the turn.
M1 was 24%
M2 was 7%

Worst bad beat I ever put on someone...they were 96.67% to win after the flop and we're all-in. They have A-A-A, I have a pair of 8's. Runner-runner 8's and I win! Presto!
