New users: 29 (new record for a month)
Renewals: 20 (new record for a month)

Active paying users as of 9/30/2005: 144

Releases: 6

Features added/bugs fixed in September:

Set the size of all component dialogs to 700x500 and put a scrollpane inside of them. (Fixed problem with some dialogs running off the screen and preventing you from hitting the "Apply" button).

Seating chart events are now completely editable.

Seating chart events can now be exported to HTML.

Revamped the elimination process into a new "Elimination Wizard" which lets you select eliminatees and eliminators, which rebuys the eliminated players are going to purchase and how the eliminatees should finish in the standings.

Fixed a problem that can pop up when loading a new league that has fewer tournaments than the current league.

Fixed two small bugs with the new elimination wizard.

Introduced the "add-on wizard". More functionality to come. Purpose of the wizard is to consolidate the entire add-on process (player selection/add-on selection/confirmation) into one dialog.

Introduced the "rebuy wizard". More functionality to come. Purpose of the wizard is to consolidate the entire add-on process (player selection/rebuy selection/confirmation) into one dialog.

Fixed an issue with an exception being thrown when you try to create a 13th bought-in player without having access to the extended features.

Cleared up some of the terminology on the elimination wizard.

Completed the buy-in, add-on, rebuy and elimination wizard per my vision.

Added a list of rebuys and add-ons to the blinds schedule panel for reference.

Buy-in, add-on and rebuy IDs are now prefixed with a letter for better reference.

Set the initial position of the divider on the finances splitpane to be in a more logical position.

Put in a check to make sure you don't delete any buy-ins, add-ons or rebuy types that have been purchased.

Modified the way rebuys and add-ons are displayed on the blinds schedule to a) make it easier to read, and b) make it much easier to configure.

Changed the startup screen from a JProgressBar to a JTextArea to avoid the random "computeIntersection" errors.

Added "HORSE" and "SHOE" game types.

Made it so you can set remaining player count and remaining table count from the main console (when the app isn't managing them for you automatically.

*** Now able to handle non-integer values for all chip-related values. A few notes on that:
- All blind values, chip values and buy-in/add-on/rebuy chip values can now have the 2-digit fraction portion of the number associated with them.
- When displayed in the edit panels, you will always see the 2-digit fraction version of the number.
- When displayed on the console, the display of the number will automatically adjust as follows:
- Amounts less than "0" are displayed without the leading "0". For instance, "0.25" is displayed as ".25".
- Amounts greater than "0" with a non-zero fraction in the number are displayed as-is. For instance, "1.50" is displayed as "1.50".
- Amounts greater than "0" with no fraction in the number are displayed without the fraction. For instance, "2.00" is displayed as "2".
- A future release may let you configure this.

Many console components used to let you select the number of fraction digits to display. This has been removed from all of them except the "Prize Pool" component.

Fixed problem with sometimes deleting the wrong buy-in, add-on or rebuy from the "available" panels.

Fixed error thrown when trying to move the opening segment of a blinds schedule.

Fixed error with the new elimination wizard that would throw an exception when you did not have rebuys defined.

Fixed some anomalies with which buttons are enabled when you select different rows in the blinds schedule.

League HTML export now uses the score format specified in the ranking method.

Fixed the "target chip value per player" field so it handles non-integer values.

Modified the summaries of chip purchases in the log to handle non-integer values.

Added the "bring-in" attribute to blind levels.

Renamed the "Blinds Schedule" to "Betting Schedule"...it ain't just about blinds anymore.

Put more help text into any loading messages that pop-up to help better explain what the problem is.

Put some work in to making the app more usable on an 800x600 display:

Revamped the "League Ranking" panel.

Revamped the "Tournament Finances" panel.

Revamped the "Payout Schedule" panel.

Added "number format" capabilities to all components that display bet values and chip values (see below for more detail...it is summarized in the description of the new "Bet(s) Component").

Consolidated all bet components into one super-component called the "Bet(s) Component". This component lets you configure:
- Which bets to display in it. Choices are: Ante, Bring-In, Small Blind and Large Blind. For each of these bets, your choices for display are: "Always", "If Used" (in Tournament) or "Never".
- How the numbers to the left of the decimal point should be displayed. Choices are: Always or As Needed.
- How the numbers to the right of the decimal point should be displayed. Choices are: Always or As Needed.
- What string should be used as a divider between bets in the string (if more than one bet is displayed).

Note: The following console components have been removed: Ante, Ante and Blinds, Blinds, Small Blind, Large Blind. They will be up-converted to "Bet(s) Component" at the time you load your consoles in.

Fixed a small bug with the elimination wizard that may cause a rebuy to get logged at the same time in the history as the associated elimination...which could cause the log to appear invalid upon reloading. (You'd get an error saying something like "Invalid event: Cannot eliminate a player that has already been eliminated".) Note: If you run into this problem when trying to load a tournament in that was created with the 9/22 release, send it to me. I'll fix it and send it back.

Fixed a small bug with the buy-in wizard that may cause an add-on to get logged at the same time in the history as the associated buy-in...which could cause the log to appear invalid upon reloading. (You'd get an error saying something like "Invalid event: Cannot purchase an add-on for a player that hasn't bought-in.) Note: If you run into this problem when trying to load a tournament in that was created with the 9/22 release, send it to me. I'll fix it and send it back.

Fixed a bug with the new "Bet(s)" component.
